The goal
Project goal is to introduce innovative production technologies for photovoltaic modules that reduce the negative impact on nature.
Project summary
Taking into account the needs of today’s market, achieving the country’s energy independence, and also responding to the implementation of the Green Course policy, promoting the development of energy generation and use from renewable energy sources, and the strategic long-term goals of UAB “Modernios E-Technologijos”, the project aims to develop and to implement new technological solutions for the production of photovoltaic modules, based on the implementation of circular economy principles, reducing energy costs and CO2 footprint. During the project, thanks to the investments, the aim is to modify the currently existing production technology and adapt it to the production of glass-to-glass photovoltaic modules, optimize it and partially automate it.
The project will be implemented together with the partner SUNLIT SEA AS from Norway, which specializes in the development and implementation of prototypes and production technologies of photovoltaic modules operating in aggressive environmental conditions. It is expected that the implementation of the project activities together with the partner, his experience in carrying out technological consultations will ensure the successful implementation of the planned tasks of the project and ensure further mutual long-term sustainable cooperation of companies.
