Europe<\/a> project<\/strong> <strong>general assembly WP3 in Vilnius<\/strong>, bringing together leading experts and organizations working on sustainable urban mobility solutions.<\/h4>\n<p>The meeting gathered the project coordinator <a href=\"https:\/\/etra-eu.org\/\"><strong>ETRA<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0alongside partners <a href=\"https:\/\/protechnology.lt\/\"><strong>PROTECH<\/strong>,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comsa.com\/en\/\"><strong>COMSA<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/little-energy.com\/\"><strong>Little Energy<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimplas.es\/\"><strong>AIMPLAS<\/strong><\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ntu.ac.uk\/\"><strong>NTU<\/strong><\/a> to discuss the latest research and innovation progress in photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage technologies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_2 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><strong>Driving Innovation in PV and Energy Storage<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>During the meeting, consortium members:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewed progress on photovoltaic and energy storage technology development<\/li>\n<li>Assessed the implementation of ongoing project tasks<\/li>\n<li>Planned the next phase of SMILE CITY to maximize impact on sustainability and urban mobility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These discussions highlight the project\u2019s role in shaping the future of renewable energy integration within European cities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><strong>Showcasing MET\u2019s R&amp;D and Manufacturing Facilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As part of the meeting, MET introduced partners to its state-of-the-art R&amp;D facilities in Vilnius and manufacturing department in Alytus.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium had the opportunity to take part in an extensive day tour of the Alytus manufacturing facilities, gaining a firsthand look at the infrastructure, technology, and production capabilities that support MET\u2019s role in the Horizon Europe SMILE CITY project.<\/p>\n<p>This visit highlighted how cutting-edge research, advanced manufacturing, and practical innovation come together at MET to accelerate the development of <strong>PV and energy storage solutions for sustainable urban mobility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Such collaboration demonstrates the value of combining research excellence with industrial know-how to accelerate clean energy solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div
