Being PhD in Physics, our company CEO (<\/span>Juras Ulbikas<\/span><\/i>) participated in various fields of research and as of 1998 his main focus has been research and development for renewable energy sector (<\/span>RES<\/span><\/i>). Since then Juras Ulbikas has been working as an external expert for various innovation intensive companies and European Commission for evaluating energy related projects and forming RES policy for EU.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our company experience reaches as far as 2007, when after long research process our company visionary and senior researcher CEO dr. Juras Ulbikas founded MET with a goal to become leading company in green energy innovation sector. MET R&D is focusing its activities onto knowledge intensive and close to market technologies, material and product development and commercialization for renewable energy sector. The main goal of this department is to provide novelties for solar and thermal energy sectors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

MET R&D is an active participant of international funding programmes (<\/span>Horizon, Eureka, etc.<\/span><\/i>), therefore participates and manages plenty of regional and international projects (SuperPV, SmartFLEX, SusPire, Coral cells, AidaSUN, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n
