Produced products based on silica aerogels could be used as energy saving solution in renewable energy domain. Silica aerogel is a <em>class<\/em>of porous solid materials with extreme low densities, which can be developed as a stand-alone product for energy saving, as well as a component for recipes improving thermal insulating and technical properties of expended polystyrene materials.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Composite based on SiO2 aerogel for EPS (expanded polystyrene beads) treatment<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><em>Application:<\/em> New raw materials have succeeded in developing for thermal and sound insulation applications. Produced products based on silica aerogels could be used as energy saving solution in renewable energy domain. Silica aerogel is a classof porous solid materials with extreme low densities, which can be developed as a stand-alone product for energy saving, as well as a component for recipes improving thermal insulating and technical properties of expended polystyrene materials.<\/p>\n<p>Sol\u2013gel based sources.\u00a0Produced in industrial application laboratory sol\u2013gel based sources containing phosphorous or boron dopant are used for formation of solar cell p\u2013n junction. This sol\u2013gel application can be used as a solution of optimization and cost reduction for solar cell production.<\/p>\n<p>Silica aerogels,\u00a0their modified products and composites based on its derivate could be developed as a source for insulation applications.<\/p>\n<p>Hydrophobic silica aerogel synthesis. Technology of silica aerogel synthesis was made in collaboration with partners from Sofia University (Sofiiski Universitet Sveti Kliment Ohridski, Sofia, Bulgaria) by improved subcritical drying method. A comparison of the insulating properties of the existing high\u2013class insulation materials confirms that aerogel granules possess the best insulation properties at this time and could be applied to effective insulation for important details in a reverse Stirling engine.<br \/>\nComposite based on hydrophobic silica aerogels for industrial application. Developing the synthesis of silica aerogels new raw materials and composites were produced. Composite based on silica aerogel has developed as an advanced component for EPS (expanded polystyrene) treatment. The combination of produced composite based on silica aerogel with EPS guarantees insulation performance with compression-resistance, no health hazards for both the installer and the user, moisture-resistant, easy and quick to cut and fit and environmentally friendly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div
